I team teach. Can I share my membership with my partner?
Membership is valid for one teacher. If you team teach, your partner will need to have their own account to access all of the benefits.
Will I have access to resources from previous months?
Depending on the plan you purchase, you may have access to previous months. Our CST Standard plan gives you access to 6 months prior to joining. CST Premium gives you access to the entire library. CST Basic only gives you access to the current month you joined and all future months that you remain a member.
What are your terms of use?
All of CST's resources are intended for single teacher use only. They may not be posted on school file servers or shared with other teachers.
How does pricing and billing work?
Your monthly subscription according to the plan you chose will be charged immediately (and on the 1st of every month thereafter). This grants you immediate access to your purchased monthly resources and the library according to the plan you chose. Your membership renews automatically on the 1st of each month.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, certainly! However, to avoid being billed for the next month you must cancel before the end of each month (EST). When you cancel you will lose access to monthly purchases, so be sure you have saved your previously purchased resources. There is no pro-rated refund for mid-month cancellations.
What is your refund policy?
Since you have immediate access to the downloadable resources, refunds will not be granted.
